It Feels Good
Our whole-food menu is food that satisfies. But it’s not just about what or how you eat. It’s also about where you eat and what that feels like. So we obsessed over the space itself to create a serene and airy environment inspired by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, providing a moment of idyll in your day.
It Does Good
Sweetgrass Food Co. was born out of our equal love of Seattle and good, wholesome food. We’ve been fortunate enough to encounter many like-minded people along the way. That’s why we have prioritized partnering with so many exceptional local producers and suppliers to serve local, sustainable and mostly organic foods. We feel lucky that we get to participate in helping to create a livable city and foster a greater sense of community. That’s why we pay a living wage.
It Tastes Good
Sweetgrass Food Co. is a “from scratch” kitchen. Everything is made in house. And we serve something for everyone: from sustainable, hormone and antibiotic free meat and dairy, to vegan, gluten-free and allergy-restriction options. Everything tastes good. Period.
Colleen, Mike, and Erika – Founders and Food Partners
Sweetgrass Food Co. began with Colleen’s want for just the right place in Seattle: inspiring space space, 100% Good Food, good vibes. After SO much discussion and a little bit of convincing, Mike was on board and helped to make the idea of Sweetgrass a reality. Erika keeps the ship steady and on course, acting as food muse, arbiter of taste and style, HR guru, and overall kicker of ass. XO
We look forward to seeing you at Sweetgrass Food Co.
It’s going to be good.
